There are many entrances which want to enter the same university, so the admission examinations reject applications of many candidates. To increase the chances to study in the university the candidates have to apply for several educational institutions.

But in the same time the more application candidate sends, the more rejection he can receive. It makes the application process very nervous and exhausting.

But there are several ways to avoid such problems. In fact the majority of the candidates do not have enough information about the application process and the entrance form their restrictions and problems themselves.

The educational institutions receive each year thousands of application, but they still encourage as many candidates to apply as possible. It is good for college to have many candidates, but for candidates it means big competition and many rejections. But in the same time the competitive colleges are more popular among the students and have better reputation.

As the majority of entrants send their applications to several colleges, it is better to fill in so – called Common Application, which apply the candidates apply to several educational institutions with only one application.

One more problem is that the candidates usually choose those college or university which is more famous and have better reputation in the academic world. But in fact there are many less – known educational institutions, which provide high level of educational quality. The candidates have to understand that in most cases the universities are competitive and popular because of good marketing, but not good educational programs.
